Matcha Latte



My favorite cooler weather morning bevvie. Loaded with anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory super stars. 

Matcha Latte

2-3 cups hot water
1 tsp matcha powder
1-2 tbs grass-fed butter or ghee or coconut butter
2 tbs grass-fed collagen
1 tbs Brain Octane oil or MCT oil
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp sea salt
Stevita stevia to taste (optional)

1. Blend all ingredients until frothy.
2. Enjoy!
