Gut Healing Tropical Green Smoothie




I love tropical flavors, and this tasty green drank hits all the high notes, with gut healing ingredients to boot. What's not to like?

Gut Healing Tropical Green Smoothie
Serves 2

1-2 cups kale
1-2 cups spinach
1-2 tbs grass-fed collagen powder
1 cup sliced pineapple
1 tsp. grated ginger
1 tsp Stevita stevia or raw honey
2 cups coconut milk (or coconut water or filtered water or a combination)
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp L-glutamine powder

1. Blend all ingredients until combined.
2. Enjoy!

Green Zinger smoothie



I love the zing of the ginger in this smoothie, loaded with protein and good fat, a meal in a jar!

Green Zinger Smoothie

1 cup coconut water
1 cup filtered water
1 6oz bag organic spinach
2 tbs MCT oil
1/2 cup frozen raspberries (or 1/2 banana)
1/4 cup chia seeds
2" piece fresh ginger
1-2 tsps stevia
2 tbs collagen
1/2 tsp sea salt

1. Blend all ingredients.
2. Enjoy!

Probiotic Ginger Fizz

3 cups filtered water (or brewed tea for more flavor)
1 two inch piece of fresh ginger
3 tbs raw ACV (Bragg's brand)
1 tsp turmeric powder
1-2 tbs MCT oil
1 tsp Stevita stevia
pinch of sea salt
3 tbs grass-fed collagen (optional)
1/2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon (optional)

1. Blend all ingredients, adjust for taste as needed and enjoy!

Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte

¼ cup coconut cream (refrigerate can of coconut milk and scoop cream that rises to top)
¼ cup pumpkin puree
2 cups hot black tea or coffee
½ tsp Stevita stevia
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1-2 tbs Great Lakes collagen powder
Pinch sea salt

1.      Blend all ingredients.

Lavender Detox Drink

2-3 cups chilled dandelion tea or purified water
1/4 tsp Stevita stevia
2 tbs Great Lakes collagen powder
¼ tsp sea salt
1-2 capsules BIND activated charcoal
1 drop doTerra lavender essential oil 
1 drop deTerra lemon essential oil

1. Blend all ingredients.
2. Serve over ice.

2-3 cups hot water
1 tsp matcha powder
1-2 tbs grass-fed butter or ghee or coconut butter
2 tbs grass-fed collagen
1 tbs Brain Octane oil or MCT oil
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp sea salt
Stevita stevia to taste (optional)

1 tsp organic matcha powder
2 tbs grass-fed collagen powder
2 tbs Bulletproof brain octaine oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp turmeric

Strawberry Mint Smoothie


This smoothie is so tasty and perfect for summer. I had leftover mint from making my Cucumber Mint pops and this creation was manifest :)

Strawberry Mint Smoothie
Serves 2

1 can full fat organic coconut milk
1 twelve ounce bag frozen organic strawberries (or fresh)
1 small bunch organic mint
1-2 cups chilled organic ginger tea (or filtered water to thin)
2 tbs grass-fed collagen powder
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp sea salt

1. Put all ingredient in blender and mix to desired consistency.
2. Enjoy!

Eggnog Latte


A creative new twist on brekkie that packs a powerful punch of good fat and clean protein. 

Eggnog latte

2 raw, pastured eggs
2-3 tbs cold-pressed, organic coconut oil
2-3 cups hot filtered water
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
½ teaspoon clove
1 tsp maca powder
½ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
pinch of sea salt
1-2 tbs Great Lakes Collagen powder (optional)

1. Blend all ingredients on high until frothy.
2. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg or top with grass-fed whipped heavy cream.
3. Enjoy!

Creamy Chicken Rosemary Broth


This recipe takes basic bone broth to a creamy new level.

Creamy Chicken Rosemary Broth

1 pastured chicken carcass
1 bunch fresh rosemary
Filtered water
2 tbs sea salt
Juice of 1-2 lemons


1. Place chicken bones, rosemary, and sea salt in a large slow cooker and cover with filtered water, filling cooker.
2. Allow to cook for 3-4 days on low, or until bones are disintegrating.
3. Once ready, place broth and bones in a high-speed blender (may need multiple times) and blend until frothy.
4. Add salt to taste.
5. Enjoy plain or add in cooked veggies for a meal.

Carrot Ginger Cleanser

5-6 organic carrots
1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
1 tbs MCT oil
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp turmeric
pinch of sea salt
filtered water

1. Put all ingredients in blender and cover with filtered water.
2. Mix to desired consistency.

3. Enjoy!

Blueberry Cream Smoothie

An anti-oxidant and vitamin packed way to start the day! Tastes delish too :)

Blueberry Cream Smoothie

1 can full-fat organic coconut milk
2 cups organic wild blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 avocado
1-2 cups steamed kale
1 tbs vanilla extract
1-2 tbs grass-fed collagen powder
Pinch of sea salt

1. Place all ingredients in high-speed blender, except collagen, and mix until smooth.
2. Add collagen and incorporate at low speed.
3. Enjoy!

Berry Vanilla Tea Latte

Frothy, sweet, and oh so delicious. Makes me excited to wake up in the morning! :)

Berry Vanilla Tea Latte

2-3 cups hot, steeped green tea
1-2 tsp. vanilla powder or extract
2-3 Tbsp. grass-fed butter or grass-fed collagen powder
1/2 cup of your favorite berries
Pinch of sea salt

1. Put all ingredients in high-speed blender, excluding collagen, and mix on high until frothy.
2. Add in collagen and incorporate at low speed.
3. Serve and enjoy!

Healthy Hot Cocoa

Nothing beats a hot mug of cocoa on a cold winter's night. Here's my delish AIP friendly version :)

Healthy Hot Cocoa

2 cups brewed hot black tea (or organic coffee for mocha flavor)
1/4 cup cocoa powder (or carob for AIP)
2-3 Tbsp. coconut oil (AIP) or grass-fed butter
1-2 tsp. cinnamon powder
1 tsp. clove powder
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. grass-fed collagen powder
Sweetener to taste: stevia, bee pollen, or grade b maple syrup

1. Place all ingredients in blender and mix at high speed until frothy.
2. Re-heat if desired.
3. Enjoy!

Mocktail Moscow Mule

Festive and refreshing. Cheers to good health!

Mocktail Moscow Mule

6 oz. club soda
1 tsp. organic ginger powder or fresh ginger root
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp. grass-fed collagen powder
1/2 tsp. stevia (if sweetness desired)
Optional: 1 oz. vodka

1. Mix all ingredients and adjust if desired.
2. Pour into copper mug or attractive glass and garnish with lime wedge.
3. Enjoy!
