Carob Banana Ice Cream

AIP compliant ice cream :)

Carob Banana Ice Cream


3 cans full-fat, unsweetened coconut milk
2 bananas
2 tbsp raw honey (or stevia to taste)
2 tbsp vanilla
1/3 cup carob powder
Pinch of sea salt

1. Place all ingredients in blender and mix thoroughly.
2. Place in ice cream machine or pour into a large glass bowl and freeze overnight.
3. Allow to soften, garnish and enjoy!
